would definitely recommend for a weekend trip

Comfortable room, fantastic staff, including Carla and Perla were very good, and delicious food at the Rolling W restaurant, especially the chocolate mousse cake that was a standout dessert treat.

The restaurant is great, and the staff is so helpful.

The food took forever to be prepared. Some waiters were unusually unfriendly, disappointing. The hotel is outdated and needs modernization to improve the overall experience.

Had a wonderful three-night stay! Loved the unique iguana tour experience and the stunning views of the jungle. The restaurant food was delicious but service was a bit slow at times. Would definitely choose this place again!

The place had potential, but missing a sofa bed in my suite was far from ideal. Food took forever to arrive, and some staff were surprisingly unfriendly. I expected a little something extra, like a welcome gift, for all the inconvenience. I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't!

We enjoyed a peaceful four-night stay surrounded by lush gardens. The evening turn-down service with refreshing ice was a good touch. Remember to inquire about dinner reservations to avoid long waits and ensure a spot in the charming restaurant! The iguana project was a unique and fun experience too!
